1. Scope

This policy applies to the official Zhibeifw website (the “Website”) and the Zhibeifw app for iOS and Android (the “App”). Please read it carefully before using them. If you do not agree with this policy, please stop using the Website and the App. By continuing to use them, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this policy.

2. Information We Collect and How We Use It

We follow the principle of data minimization and only process information that is necessary to provide our services:

• Local practice records: Your playback progress, favorites and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not upload them and cannot access them. They are deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data.
• Access logs recorded by a third-party network service provider: The content of the Website and the App is delivered through a third-party network service provider. When you visit the Website, stream or download content, or download the installation package, that provider automatically records standard access logs (such as IP address, request time, requested resource address and device type) while providing network acceleration and security protection. These logs are recorded and retained by that provider and are not collected by us. We do not use them to identify you or to show you advertisements. The provider’s handling of such data is governed by its own privacy policy.
• When you contact us: If you contact us by email or telephone, we will learn your email address or phone number and the information you provide. We use it only to respond to you and to improve our services.

We do not collect your name, phone number, government ID number, precise location, contacts, text messages, photos or payment information.

3. Permissions

The App requests only the following permissions when necessary and informs you before use. You can turn them off at any time in your system settings; doing so only affects the related features:

• Network access: To retrieve the latest Dharma content and resources.
• Background audio playback: To continue playing audio teachings when the screen is locked or the App is in the background.
• Storage (optional): To cache audio and other resources on your device for offline use. The App works online without this permission.

4. Cookies and Local Storage on Our Website

The Website itself does not set cookies and does not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Resources such as fonts and icons are served from the Website itself. Please note that the third-party network service provider we use may set technical cookies in your browser where necessary for security protection and network acceleration; such cookies are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

On the “Android download” page, we store a flag in your browser’s session storage (sessionStorage) solely to avoid starting the automatic download more than once. It expires when you close the tab and contains no personal information.

5. Sharing, Transfer and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. To provide network acceleration and security protection, we rely on a third-party network service provider to process necessary access data (see Section 2). Apart from that, we may disclose necessary information only in the following cases, as permitted by law:

• Where required by laws and regulations or by judicial or administrative authorities;
• Where necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests, or the personal and property safety, of the App, the Website and our users.

6. Storage and Security

The retention period and storage location of access logs are determined by the third-party network service provider under its own policies, and its servers may be located outside mainland China. We protect data using measures consistent with industry practice, such as encrypted transmission (HTTPS). However, please understand that no network environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your Rights

• Local data is under your control: You can clear your records within the App at any time, or uninstall the App to delete all local data.
• Access, correction and deletion: If you would like to know whether we hold information about you (for example, the email address you used to contact us), or to request correction or deletion, please contact us as described in Section 10. We will respond and act within a reasonable period.

8. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not require an account and contains no paid top-ups or advertising prompts. If you are a minor, we recommend using the App with the guidance of a parent or guardian. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a minor has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in laws or in our services. The updated policy will be posted on this page and the “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. For material changes, we will notify you prominently on the Website or within the App.

本政策适用于“智悲佛网”官方网站（以下简称“本网站”）以及“智悲佛网”App（iOS 与 Android 版本，以下简称“本应用”）。请您在使用前仔细阅读。如果您不同意本政策，请停止使用；您继续使用，即表示您理解并接受本政策。

二、 我们如何收集和使用信息

我们遵循“最小必要”原则，仅处理为提供服务所必需的信息：

• 本地修持记录：您的播放进度、收藏和偏好设置保存在您的设备本地，我们不会上传，也无法访问。卸载本应用或清除应用数据后，这些记录将被删除。
• 第三方网络服务商记录的访问日志：本网站与本应用的内容通过第三方网络服务商分发。当您访问网站、在线播放或下载内容、安装包时，该网络服务商会在提供网络加速与安全防护的过程中，自动记录标准的访问日志（如 IP 地址、请求时间、请求的资源地址、设备类型等）。这些日志由该网络服务商记录和保存，并非由我们自行收集；我们不会将其用于识别您的身份或向您推送广告。该网络服务商对相关数据的处理，适用其自身的隐私政策。
• 您主动联系我们时：如果您通过电子邮件或电话反馈问题，我们会获知您的邮箱地址或来电号码，以及您提供的内容，仅用于答复与改进服务。

我们不会收集您的姓名、手机号码、身份证件号码、精确位置、通讯录、短信、相册或支付信息。

三、 权限使用说明

本应用仅在必要时向系统申请以下权限，并在使用前提示您。您可以随时在系统设置中关闭，关闭后仅相关功能受影响：

• 网络访问权限：用于获取最新的法宝内容与资源。
• 后台音频播放：用于在锁屏或切换到后台后继续播放法音。
• 存储权限（可选）：用于将音频等资源离线缓存到您的设备，不开启不影响在线使用。

四、 本网站的 Cookie 与本地存储

本网站自身不设置 Cookie，不接入第三方统计、广告或追踪工具，页面所需的字体、图标等资源均来自本网站自身。需要说明的是，我们使用的第三方网络服务商可能出于安全防护与网络加速的必要目的，在您的浏览器中设置技术性 Cookie，这类 Cookie 不用于广告或跨站追踪。

• 本地数据由您掌控：您可以随时在应用内清除记录，或卸载应用以删除全部本地数据。

八、 未成年人保护

我们不会主动收集未成年人的个人信息，本应用也不要求注册账号、不含付费充值或广告诱导内容。如果您是未成年人，建议在监护人的陪同和指导下使用。如监护人发现未成年人向我们提供了个人信息，请与我们联系，我们将尽快删除。
